Rachel is in her third year coaching with Oaks Rugby, one year at U10 and currently in her second year with the U12 team.  Rachel has completed the World Rugby Level 1 coach and referee certifications.  She played soccer and field hockey through the university level and coached youth soccer in the past.  She fell in love with rugby while she and her family were living in New Zealand for 5 years.  Her two sons are playing for the Oaks, at the U10 and U12 levels.  Rachel loves coaching and her main goal is to promote fun, safety, respect, hard work, team identity and a love for rugby.
