Register in Rugby Xplorer so we have you in the system. Follow these instructions.
Clean and bring any gently used rugby gear you’d like to pass along to others.
Make sure you have water, practice kit, mouth guard and cleats. The custom-fit mouth guards that you will be fitted for at Club Day won’t be ready for about two weeks. Scroll down for more info on equipment.
If you forgot to order a uniform or you want to order a different size, please fill out this form. All exchange requests made on Club Day must be submitted through the form and will be handled at a later date.
Players and parents will check-in and visit 7 tables, collecting a stamp at each. Player's wristbands will be checked for stamps before being allowed onto the field for practice.
>> Completed exit tickets will be entered into a raffle of some awesome Oaks gear! <<
We'll need lots of volunteers to make this day a success. It's a great way to earn some pre-season DIBS and get to know the other parents.

Can't make Club Day? We will send out instructions after Club Day on alternate plans, but please understand we have 250 athletes in this program, so we encourage you to make every effort to get to Club Day. Your athletes will not be able to participate in games until this process has been completed.
Players must come prepared with a mouth guard and cleats. Mouth guards should not have any pieces extending outside the mouth, such as an attachment for a football helmet. Cleats can be soccer cleats or rugby boots. Most football cleats have a toe cleat which is not legal for rugby use. Visit the FAQs for more details.
Regular weeknight practices kick off the week of December 1st at Diablo Vista Park.
