Please note that a Sports Engine processing fee will be added to your total cost during checkout.
Oaks RFC registers its players with USA Rugby through Rugby NorCal membership. The respective governing bodies require this membership. In addition, Danville Oaks RFC pays a $15/player fee to the Town of Danville Sport Alliance.

Each player must provide a Refundable Volunteer Participation Deposit to the Oaks Rugby Club. Deposit for one player is $350, or $500 for 2 or more players. Volunteer Deposit is collected at the time of registration. This amount will be refunded at the end of the season after the Club confirms that all volunteer hours have been satisfied through tracking on the Oaks Dibs System. If you wish to be exempted to this due to financial situation, please fill out the Financial Aid Form and wait for the Discount Code to be sent through email once approved. Players of coaches, BOD members, and Club Committee members will be exempt and can email volunteer@danvillerugby.com for their discount code.
Please note that the Oaks have become a nationally recognized program. For this reason, our high school teams at all levels, have opportunities to participate in various pre and post-season tournaments. Oaks registration fees do not cover the costs of travel, room or board. The Oaks recognize that our members may face financial challenges, and we work hard to accommodate everyone to ensure a great rugby experience. We strive to hold fundraisers and garner sponsorships to help subsidize the trips. We expect everyone to participate in the fundraising efforts.
If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $50 discount on the second and subsequent child's registration fees. This discount will be applied only if you register all of your family’s players during ONE online registration session. On the registration Review Page, click the link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" to ensure that all of your family's players are registered during the same registration session and the discount is activated.

Financial Aid is available to those in need to minimize registration fees. The Financial Aid Application Form must be submitted first, prior to starting the registration. Once approved, a Discount Code will be sent through email which will be entered at checkout when you register for the season.
