Read the following BEFORE REGISTERING:

Danville Oaks uses a secure website for an online registration.  You will need approximately 30 minutes to register.  Before starting the registration process, please have the following on hand:

• Your player's REAL/LEGAL name!  When entering the player's information, please be sure to use the name which is on their legal document(s) (birth certificate, passport, etc.) as this is the only way to be verified to play by Rugby NorCal and USA Rugby. Failure to follow this instruction may result in your child being ineligible to play in matches.

• Emergency contact information/Medical Information - You will need a primary doctor and dentist’s contact information.  You will also need your medical and dental insurance policy information. We request updated emergency contact information as well as updated medical information each year.  This information is shared with the player's coaching staff in the event that emergency treatment is necessary.

Please note that a Sports Engine Processing Fee will be added to your total cost during check out.

Once you register on Sports Engine, you will need to register separately on Rugby Xplorer.

TRAVEL EXPENSES:  Travel expenses are NOT COVERED by the Oaks.  These expenses will be the responsibility of the parents.
