Danville Oaks Rugby Club operates under the national governing body, USA Rugby, which requires all players to be registered on their online platform called Rugby Xplorer. Once you complete your Oaks registration on Sports Engine, please follow the steps below to also register for the season on Rugby Xplorer.

1) Go to RUGBY XPLORER website (link opens in new tab).

2) If you have an existing Rugby Xplorer account, log in. If you do not have a Rugby Xplorer account, create one following the prompts (make sure “USA Rugby” is selected in the Rugby Region field).

3) Click "Register" in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

4) Click "Find a Club".

5) Select the person you want to register (if listed) or click "Link a New Person" and enter their information. 

6) Search "Danville Oaks Rugby" in the search bar and select it.

7) Choose "Player/Coach/Admin" depending on what you are registering as, then choose your "Registration Type" and choose "Season" under the "Duration" drop down.

8) Follow the prompts filling out any required missing information.

9) Agree to the terms and conditions .

10) Please hit process payment, the club will be covering your fees.
